Privacy Policy

We collect only what a reading, an order or an account actually requires:

• Name, mobile number and email address — to create your account, verify it, and contact you about an order or consultation.
• Birth details (date, time and place of birth) — required for astrological work. Provided by you, and used to prepare the reading you requested.
• Delivery address — used to ship physical orders.
• Order, booking and payment records — what you purchased, when, and its status.
• Basic technical data your browser sends, such as IP address, used for security and to keep the service running.

What we retain is the outcome of a payment — its status, amount, and the reference Razorpay returns — so that orders, refunds and disputes can be reconciled.

• To deliver what you bought — a reading, a consultation, a course, or a shipped item.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To send transactional messages: verification, order and booking updates, and receipts.
• To meet accounting, tax and legal record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your information. It is shared only with providers who make the service work:

• Razorpay — payment processing. Receives what a payment requires; returns its status to us.
• MSG91 — mobile OTP delivery for account verification.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — who host the site, application and database on our behalf.
• Where the law requires disclosure, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

Account and profile information is kept while your account is open. Order, booking and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires, which is longer than the life of an account.

Birth details are kept with the reading they belong to, so past work remains available to you.

You may ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct anything inaccurate — you can edit most of it yourself from your account.
• Delete your account and the personal data attached to it, except records we must retain by law.
• Stop sending you non-essential messages.

This service is not directed at children, and accounts are not knowingly created for anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact the grievance officer below and we will remove it.

Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash and are never recoverable in readable form. Traffic to this site is encrypted in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but access to personal data is restricted to those who need it to operate the service.
