Registration requires a mobile number, which is verified by one-time password. You are responsible for keeping access to that number and to your account secure, and for everything done through your account.

Provide accurate details. We may suspend or close an account used for fraud, abuse, or in breach of these terms.

If your birth time is uncertain, say so when you book — it changes how the reading is approached.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and may change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is placed, and it is calculated on our servers — not taken from anything your browser submits.

Products and consultation slots are subject to availability. Where an item or slot becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and arrange a refund or an alternative.

Urgent delivery, where offered, is charged at twice the listed price of the selected option.

Reports, course material, recordings and written readings are provided for your personal use only. They remain our property.

You may not resell, republish, redistribute or share them, in whole or in part, or use them to create a derivative or competing product.

• Interfering with, probing or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Using another person's account, or providing false identity or payment information.
• Reselling or commercially exploiting any reading, report or course material.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing conduct towards our team or consultants.

You remain solely responsible for decisions you take. Where a matter concerns your health, finances, legal position or safety, consult a qualified professional in that field.

Remedies, gemstones and ritual items are traditional practices. They are supplied as such and carry no claim of a guaranteed result.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order, booking or use of this site is limited to the amount you actually paid for the item or service the claim concerns.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you take on the basis of a reading. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or is used to abuse our team. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

Closing an account does not cancel obligations already incurred, and does not remove records we are required to keep.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
